Welcoming Reception for the 114th Congress

This year’s tribute to the 114th Congress takes place on March 18, 2013, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in National Statuary Hall of the U.S. Capitol. The House and Senate Leadership and the Presidents of the Freshman Class are honorary co-hosts of the evening.
In addition to Members of Congress and Capitol Officers, admission is by invitation only to select Society membership levels.
The Hon. Ronald Sarasin, USCHS president, commented: “This year’s class is the most diverse to date, containing a record number of women, Hispanics and Asian Americans. It is indeed an honor to recognize the accomplishments of the new Members and the talents and wisdom of those who are continuing their service.”
